Training based on practice
Within the framework of our objectives towards continuing development, we have introduced a model frame aiming at the development and effectiveness of our employees.
Continuous training is the key to our success, and is realized through multiple workshops in which the employees participate in order to bring them up to date or to rekindle their knowledge.
Each employee benefits from management services, training sessions and generous coaching offered by experienced management personnel.
In order to meet the requirements of the position which he/she occupies, each employee follows an apprenticeship and personalized training plan
Each employee learns by action. From the first day, the employee is placed in his field and realizes his actual tasks. During the weeks that follow, the employee continuously improves his efficiency within that position.
A number of our employees profit by this mode of apprenticeship: they master different functions connected within the enterprise and expand their range of services and aptitudes.
